I am a researcher at the Institute for Employment Research (IAB) in Nuremberg, Germany. I work in the junior research group "Occupations and Employment Trajectories". 

I am also a PhD cadidate in economics at the University of Bamberg under the supervision of Prof. Wolfgang Dauth. 

My research focuses on job mobility, worker-firm sorting and firm heterogeneity in wages. I am also interested in occupational mobility and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the labor market.
